The Hermiston wrestling machine just kept rolling, stopping in Oregon City long enough to win a tournament title.

The Dawgs won the Oregon City Invitational in dominate fashion, putting up 371.5 points to beat the host PioneersÂ’ 298.

Issac Aguilar (103 pounds), Tyler Berger (125), Joey Delgado (135), Abraham Rodriguez (140), Bryce McMahon (151) and Curtis Berger (189) all won championships for Hermiston.

Senior Fabian Scotto faced his teammate Rodriguez in the 140-pound final, placing second. Heavyweight Kevin Dopps also finished second.

Sam Johnson (160) and AJ Garcia (103) took home third-place finishes.

Delgado was named the Most Outstanding Wrestler of the tournament.

Hermiston will take on Pendleton in the teamÂ’s final Columbia River Conference dual at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 10 at The Dawg House.
