The Oregon Schools Activities Association announced that the 4A-6A state track and field championships will be moved from May 27-28 to May 20-21, but will still be held at historic Hayward Field on the University of Oregon campus.

The reason for the move is due to Oregon’s commitment to host the NCAA Division I West regional track meet May 26-28, the NCAA recently announced.

The date coincides with the 1A-3A state track and field championships, which is held at Western Oregon University in Monmouth.
