1:34 p.m. A woman was seeking advice about an ex-boyfriend’s new girlfriend who won’t stop sending her Facebook messages.
Thursday, September 12
8:36 a.m. Someone dropped hunting bullets off at the Hermiston Police Department, hoping to dispose of them.
11:09 a.m. On North First Street, a bank customer driving a white pickup truck hit the car of a woman working at the bank and drove off.
12:14 p.m. There was a possible missing person reported on East Sunset Drive.
7:35 p.m. A man came home to find the dead-bolt on his door was locked, but the regular door knob lock was not. Nothing was missing, but the man said this had happened in the past.
8:47 p.m. Police were unable to locate a domestic disturbance reportedly occurring on Southwest 12th Street and West Orchard Avenue.
11:35 p.m. A man calling from West Madrona Avenue said he needed help. He couldn’t speak clearly and the phone disconnected. When dispatchers called back, the line went to voicemail.
Friday, September 13
11:33 a.m. On North 10th Street, syringes were found laying near a four-way stop.
2:58 p.m. A domestic disturbance occurred on South Highway 395.
3:41 p.m. A woman reportedly threatened someone over Facebook Friday morning. She said she would come into the person’s workplace on Friday, but changed her mind as she didn’t want to spend the weekend in jail. She wanted to come by on Monday instead. The person who was threatened said they would like to press charges.
5:05 p.m. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle was reported at the Hermiston Police Department.
Saturday, September 14
3:06 p.m. After 7 a.m. on Saturday morning, a man was driving a black Mustang near Kelli Boulevard and South Highway 395 when a car pulled out in front of him. The man inside the car slammed the brakes, exited his vehicle, and hit the Mustang.
10:59 p.m. The sound of bass coming from a vehicle near West Locust Avenue and Southwest Fourth Avenue has been disturbing a man’s sleep periodically.
Sunday, September 15
8:34 a.m. A domestic disturbance occurred on Northeast North Street.
11:32 a.m. A shattered car window was reported on West Sunland Avenue.
1:34 p.m. There were seven or eight people fighting in a parking lot on Northwest 11th Street.
Monday, September 16
8:17 a.m. A man is concerned that his wife has recently stolen his cellphone and said in the past she’s also stolen lights, tools and a lawnmower from him.
10:13 a.m. A woman brought a syringe she found on Prindle Loop Road to the police department.
10:29 a.m. A camping trailer has been parked on East Hurlburt Avenue past the day it was tagged, and someone believes people are living in it. Later, the trailer moved to a church parking lot.
11:35 p.m. An assault occurred on Northeast Second Place.
