Tuesday, Nov. 23

3:10 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a property on Kunze Lane, Boardman, after a vehicle crashed through a fence and tore up a field. A sheriff’s deputy cited a man for careless driving.

3:25 p.m. — A resident on West Hermiston Avenue, Hermiston, asked to speak to an officer. She said her next door neighbor died in April and people cleared out everything but her car remains on the street next to her mailbox.

7:40 p.m. — A resident on West Seventh Road, Irrigon, reported his neighbor was on the wrong side of the fence and shooting at a raccoon. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded. The neighbor reported trying to kill the raccoon so it would not continue to suffer.

Wednesday, Nov. 24

4:13 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 800 block of South Highway 395 on a report of an assault.

Thursday, Nov. 25

3:20 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 1700 block of North First Street on a report of an assault.

2:29 p.m. — A caller on Southeast Seventh Street, Irrigon, reported youths were jumping from the roof of a property under construction. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy spoke with the juveniles and notified their parents.

Friday, Nov. 26

12:26 a.m. — A caller asked for law enforcement contact at Americas Best Value Inn, 200 Front St. N.E., Boardman, after four or five men were playing loud music outside and one was being violent said something in Spanish about a gun.

2:17 p.m. — A caller reported an assault that occurred Nov. 19 at the Heppner Christian Church, 293 N. Gale St., Heppner.

3:18 p.m. — Stanfield police responded to East Coe Avenue on a report of an aggressive dog. An officer issued a citation.

4:56 p.m. — The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at Ace Mini Storage, 82270 Lind Road, Umatilla.

5:19 p.m. — A caller reported someone threw a rock through a window at an apartment at Prairie Wood Apartments, 210 Klickitat St., Umatilla.

9:27 p.m. — A 911 caller reported at fight at Pik A Pop, 1010 Sixth St., Umatilla.

10:14 p.m. — A caller reported two males were fighting at the Knights Inn/Village Restaurant, 100 First St. N.W., Boardman, and requested medics for a head injury.

Saturday, Nov. 27

1:49 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to East Main Street on a report of a fight.

7:24 a.m. — An Irrigon resident at Green Acres RV Park, 80542 Paterson Ferry Road, Irrigon, reported the theft of a Toyota four-wheel drive vehicle. The sheriff’s office later found the vehicle and took a report.

4:31 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to a location on North First Street on a report of nine Hispanic males fighting in parking lot.

Sunday, Nov. 28

10:02 a.m. — An Irrigon resident on Kangaroo Court reported a neighbor’s dog came onto his yard and attacked his dog. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded and issued a citation.

5:18 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to Southeast Fifth Street for a domestic disturbance.

5:41 p.m. — Hermiston police received a report of a drunk driver at East Elm Avenue and Northeast Fourth Street. Police issued a warning.

Monday, Nov. 29

7:17 a.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft from Dynalectric at Lewis and clark Drive and Rupe Kennedy Road, Boardman. The caller said someone broke into vehicles and trailers during the weekend. The case is under investigation.

1:59 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon.

2:31 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary on Washington Lane, Irrigon.

11:35 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to West Orchard Avenue and South First Street on a report of an assault. Officers issued a citation.

Arrests, citations

Nov. 23

• Hermiston police arrested Matthew Charles Webb, 35, for two counts of second-degree child neglect and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor, all misdemeanors.

• The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Raymond Adrian Coen, 26, for felony strangulation and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, both for domestic violence.

Nov. 29

• Umatilla police arrested Benito Gonzalez Gorrosquieta, 36, for third-degree assault.

• Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office arrested Anthony Michael Gallegos, 28, of Hermiston, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

• Hermiston police arrested Amber Marie Carlson, 27, of Umatilla, for resisting arrest and on eight warrants for failing to appear, including three felony warrants.
