10:10 a.m. — A Hermiston woman told police she has a child who a relative is harassing and cyber-bullying.

12:16 p.m. — A caller reported seeing several cattle about 20 minutes earlier between Northeast Fourth Street and 10th Street along East Elm Avenue, Hermiston.

1:18 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to Northeast 10th Street on a report of a fight and issued a citation.

2:27 p.m. — A Hermiston resident on Southwest 11th Street asked about starting a “direct patrol” due to the amount of drug activity and deals, which people are afraid to report due to retaliation

5 p.m. — A Hermiston resident reported receiving a spurt of spam calls again, including one stating there was a fraudulent transaction from Amazon but the resident does not have an Amazon account.

Wednesday, Nov. 3

8 a.m. — A resident at Riverview Mobile Home Park, 1370 E. Highway 730, Irrigon, reported a large black German shepherd scared her son and tried to come after him. The caller said she knows where the dog lives.

9:52 a.m. — A resident on North First Street, Hermiston, asked to speak to an officer about a neighbor throwing trash over the fence in a pile.

11:28 a.m. — A caller asked the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office to talk to an Irrigon resident about the threats he is making against state and federal employees.

8:59 p.m. — A resident on Wagon Wheel Loop, Irrigon, reported someone may have tried breaking into her home.

Thursday, Nov. 4

8:26 a.m. — Emergency services responded to East Punkin Center Road and Northeast Chart Street Extension, Hermiston, for a black 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander that rolled and ended up in a ditch.

10:25 a.m. — A resident on Kunze Lane, Boardman, reported he set off pest control foggers that set off the smoke detector, so there was no need to respond if the security company calls.

2:16 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 1300 block of North First Street on a report of an assault.

3:05 p.m. — Umatilla police responded to Wenatchee Street on a report of five youths fighting.

5:11 p.m. — The Irrigon firefighters responded to the Irrigon Fish Hatchery, 74135 Riverview Lane, Irrigon, on a report of a brush pile 40-feet by 40-feet that restarted burning due to wind. Firefighters extinguished the burn.

10:29 p.m. — Stanfield police responded to Reservoir Road, Stanfield, on a 911 report of a domestic disturbance.

Friday, Nov. 5

11:18 a.m. — A caller reported the theft of a vehicle at Columbia Crest Apartments, 1500 Second St., Umatilla. .

11:27 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 700 block of West Alder Street on a report of an assault.

12:38 p.m. — A resident on Joy Lane, Hermiston, reported the theft of a vehicle.

3:50 p.m. — A 911 caller reported a fight at Western Express, 28810 Stafford Hansel Road, Hermiston.

4:05 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 700 block of Southeast View Drive on a report of a burglary.

6:18 p.m. — Stanfield police responded to Copper Corner Apartments, Stanfield, on a report of a disturbance.

8:31 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded to a reported burglary on Southeast Brandon Street, Irrigon.

11:16 p.m. — Umatilla police received a report of an assault at Umatilla Inn & Suites, 1370 Sixth St., Umatilla.

Saturday, Nov. 6

3:05 a.m. — Emergency services responded to the Lamb Weston East Plant, 750 Columbia Ave. N.E., Boardman, for a male who hit his head, was in and out of consciousness and may have suffered a concussion. The Boardman Fire Rescue District responded and took the patient to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston.

3:27 p.m. — An Irrigon resident on McCall Lane reported he has a picture of a green vehicle that could be involved in thefts in the area.

6:21 p.m. — Umatilla police received a complaint about a male smoking in a room at the Econo Lodge, 1481 Sixth St., Umatilla.

9:38 p.m. — Umatilla police received a report of gunshots on Bridgeport Avenue.

Sunday, Nov. 7

1:05 a.m. — A 911 caller reported a motor home was on fire at a storage unit on West Third Street, Hermiston.

1:45 a.m. — Umatilla Police responded to Country Club Manor Apartments, 605 Umatilla Ave., on a domestic disturbance.

1:54 p.m. — Umatilla County Fire District No. 1 responded to a fully engulfed barn on fire with structures nearby on Sagebrush Road, Hermiston.

Monday, Nov. 8

11:40 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to Northwest 13th Street and West Hartley Avenue on a report of an assault.

5:21 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 300 block of West Theater Lane on a report of an assault.

Arrests, citations

Nov. 1

Hermiston police arrested Heladio Pablo Ordonez, 20, for driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit-and-run and violating probation.

Nov. 2

Hermiston police arrested Aaron Campos, 23, for resisting arrest, third-degree escape, assaulting a public safety officer and failing to appear in court.

Nov. 3

Boardman police arrested Jose Velasquez Guiterrez for felony hit-and-run.

Nov. 6

The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Wayd Steven Harley, 23, and Anthony Marsh Asumendi, 23, for second-degree burglary. The sheriff’s office also arrested Harley for second-degree criminal trespass and Asumendi for criminal trespass with a firearm.

Nov. 7

Umatilla police arrested Leonel Salomon Moreno, 29, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Nov. 8

Hermiston police arrested Shane Verhey Springer, 33, for first-degree criminal mischief (vandalism).
