11:53 p.m. — A suicidal subject was reported at Northwest 11th Street.

11:44 a.m. — Someone accidentally discharged a firearm at North First Street.
1:07 p.m. — A woman came to the Hermiston Police Department to report that her son was having issues with other kids and was jumped recently.
2:41 p.m. — There was a suicidal juvenile on West Sunland Avenue.
7:19 p.m. — There was a suicidal subject on Northeast Peace Lane.
8:13 p.m. — At Northwest 11th Street and Umatilla River Road, a drunk driver in a red Toyota or Honda sedan was hitting the curb and going off the road.

8:39 a.m. — A caller reported that their son and grandson were fighting on Southwest Sage Drive.
Monday, March 18
1:44 a.m. — On Northwest 11th Street there was a 38-year-old man having a mental episode of some type and talking to himself. The caller was unsure if it was drug-related.
3:15 p.m. — On Northwest 11th Street, a woman was suicidal and was trying to have cars hit her near Good Shepherd Medical Center. There was a crisis worker trying to get her out of the street.
4:46 p.m. — There was an assault at Southwest Seventh Place.
