1:15 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on East Montana Avenue.

1:50 p.m. — A case of child abuse or neglect was reported on Southeast Fourth Street.

4:27 p.m. — A vehicle theft was reported on North First Street. The caller reported they just noticed it was missing today but it may have been gone for as long as a month.

6:31 p.m. — A possible drunken driver was reported on North First Street.

10:09 p.m. — An assault was reported on North First Street.

Wednesday, March 3

9:47 a.m. — A woman reported that while she was working the previous Saturday, someone stole her Social Security card out of her purse.

12:42 p.m. — A caller reported that her “grandson” had called stating he was in the hospital and needed $6,000 before he could go home because mouthwash had caused him to fail a Breathalyzer test. After going to the bank to deposit the money in an account, the caller called her grandson’s cell phone number and realized it was not her grandson she had spoken to previously and it was a scam.

5:27 p.m. — An assault was reported on Southwest 16th Place.

7:33 p.m. — A motor vehicle accident was reported on North First Street.

10:37 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Northwest Third Street.

Thursday, March 4

9:31 a.m. — A vehicle theft was reported on Southeast Fourth Street.

10:31 a.m. — A burglary was reported on West Orchard Avenue that had taken place more than a week prior and included the theft of firearms and electronic equipment.

3 p.m. — A disturbance was reported on Northwest Eucalyptus Drive.

3:23 p.m. — A motor vehicle accident was reported on Northeast 10th Street.

3:44 p.m. — A disturbance was reported on Northeast Fourth Street.

4:47 p.m. — A disturbance involving a group of people that “kept trying to fight with each other” was reported on West Catherine Avenue.

6:31 p.m. — A noninjury motor vehicle accident was reported on South Highway 395.

6:54 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Southeast Sixth Street.

7:16 p.m. — A vehicle theft was reported on East Beebe Avenue.

Friday, March 5

9:46 a.m. — A burglary was reported on West Locust Avenue.

1:56 p.m. — Police took a report that a scammer had broken into their email and posed as a contractor to get $65,000 to complete a contract.

2:57 p.m. — A motor vehicle accident was reported on South Highway 395.

4:50 p.m. — A caller reported a hit-and-run from a previous day where a driver on North First Street rear-ended their vehicle and took off.

6:59 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Northeast Fourth Place.

8 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Northwest Dawn Drive.

10:25 p.m. — A fight was reported on Southwest 11th Street and participants were cited and released.

Saturday, March 6

1:28 a.m. — A caller reported a disturbance on South First Street that “sounded like a lot of people” in a physical fight.

8:53 p.m. — A drunken driver was reported on South Highway 395.

Sunday, March 7

10:45 a.m. — A motor vehicle accident was reported at Hermiston Police Department.

3:27 p.m. — Child abuse or neglect was reported on Southwest 11th Street.

3:53 p.m. — A vehicle theft was reported on North First Street.

7:08 p.m. — An assault was reported on West Madrona Avenue.

11:23 p.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on East Montana Avenue.

Monday, March 8

10:37 a.m. — A hit-and-run was reported on North First Street, and the caller stated a witness saw it happen and left a note.

10:40 a.m. — A domestic disturbance was reported on Southwest 11th Street.

3:09 p.m. — A domestic disturbance involving teenage brothers fighting was reported on Southwest 11th Street.

3:54 p.m. — A resident of Northeast Fifth Street reported she came home and discovered someone had left drug paraphernalia in her garage.

6:28 p.m. — A vehicle theft was reported on West Ridgeway Avenue.

8:44 p.m. — A disturbance was reported on West Hermiston Avenue.
