7:03 a.m. — Calcagno Fresh Farms LLC, 73419 Lewis and Clark Drive, Boardman, reported the possible theft of insulation.
11:28 a.m. — Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office received a call from a woman reporting her bank card has been used at Pandora’s Box, 1300 Sixth St., Umatilla, without her authorization. The sheriff’s office is investigating.
12:04 p.m. — A caller at the Irrigon Moose Lodge, 220 N.E. Third St., Irrigon, reported the front door was open and the safe was sitting on the floor. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded and took a report for burglary.
1:51 p.m. — A caller reported the theft of a camp trailer from West Fourth Road, Irrigon.
4:35 p.m. — A caller reported a large aggressive dog was at large on Rich Lane in Hermiston.
Wednesday, Feb. 16
8:02 a.m. — A resident on Northwest Gale Street, Heppner, reported the theft of ice cream from his property.
10:20 a.m. — A resident on West Ridgeway Avenue, Hermiston, reported her neighbors were cutting down her trees.
10:58 a.m. — Law enforcement in Morrow County received a report of a woman who left the Oregon Department of Human Services, Boardman, and made threats.
12:22 p.m. — A Hermiston woman asked police for options on dealing with her ex-husband, who yells at and verbally abuses her each time he picks up their children.
1:26 p.m. — A person found a bag containing drugs outside the Stanfield Police Department, 105 W. Wood Ave., and turned it into Stanfield police.
3:23 p.m. — A Hermiston police officer initiated activity on Southwest Ninth Street to deal with a fight.
7:34 p.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance on Sloan Avenue, Umatilla.
7:57 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault on Highway 395, Hermiston.
9:16 p.m. — A car crash occurred at the Pilot Travel Center, 2115 Highway 395, Stanfield. Police took a report.
Thursday, Feb. 17
5:57 a.m. — Hermiston police received a complaint about a vehicle theft on Patsy Court.
11:52 a.m. — Umatilla police responded to a report of a fight at Seventh and J streets.
11:25 a.m. — A Hermiston resident reported someone hacked their Apple account and she has the name and address of where orders were sent.
1:15 p.m. — A caller requested an officer come to Umatilla High School on a report of a fight. Umatilla police responded.
2:24 p.m. — A 911 caller made a report of a dog bite that occurred on Sixth Street in Umatilla.
2:51 p.m. — A caller also made a complaint about a puppy on Sixth Street in Umatilla that stays in a cage all day without access to food or water.
Friday, Feb. 18
7:14 a.m. — Local law enforcement responded to Port View Apartments, 320 Columbia Ave. N.E., Boardman, on a request to check on a man who walked into his garage, ran his vehicle a while but did not come out. Officers contacted the man and provided him information about carbon monoxide poisoning.
9:39 a.m. — A Hermiston resident reported she awoke and found her metallic blue 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen.
9:42 a.m. — A police officer initiated activity at West Harding Avenue in Stanfield, where someone’s chickens were escaping.
2:21 p.m. — A caller on East Jennie Avenue, Hermiston, reported he could hear a male screaming in a residence and thudding like someone beating something. The caller also said four children live at the residence.
6:11 p.m. — A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded to Interstate 84 eastbound near Boardman for a woman who reported a semitrailer threw a rock that broke her windshield. Deputies arrested a woman for second-degree disorderly conduct and reckless driving and released her on her own recognizance.
7:41 p.m. — A 911 caller on Highway 207, Heppner, reported she is stuck in the “mountains” after an intoxicated man hit her a couple of times.
8:47 p.m. — Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to West Seventh Street, Irrigon, on a report of a man shooting animals in the dark. The sheriff’s office told the man to call in next time he decides to shoot on his property.
Saturday, Feb. 19
2:03 a.m. — Umatilla police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at the Quality Inn, 705 Willamette St., Umatilla. Officers issued a citation at the scene.
3:12 a.m. — A caller reported two horses, one brown and one white, were at large on East Punkin Center Road and Stewart Lane, Hermiston.
7:55 a.m. — A 911 caller reported a burglary at G & G Rentals, 2644 Blue Jay St., Umatilla.
8:41 a.m. — A resident on Southeast Cowins Street, Heppner, reported two large bull mastiff dogs were on her property and would not leave.
11:03 a.m. — A caller reported a rider fell off a horse at Clarks Canyon Road, Lexington.
2:40 p.m. — Police responded to a call about someone violating their restraining order at North Slope Mobile Home Park, 650 N. Lucy St., Stanfield.
2:56 p.m. — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint about a goat with a broken leg at a residence at Froberg Lane and West Eighth Road, Irrigon.
4:54 p.m. — Hermiston police received a report of a vehicle theft on East Highland Avenue.
11:24 p.m. — Law enforcement responded to Rio Senda Drive and Chenowith Avenue, Umatilla, on a report of shots fired.
Sunday, Feb. 20
12:34 a.m. — A resident on Southwest River Hill Drive, Hermiston, complained about a loud party in a backyard.
9:45 a.m. — A caller reported there is a man trespassing in a vacant home on Northeast Cherry Street in Pilot Rock. The caller reported the man is there right now and is moving things around in the back yard, and reported that they may have seen this same man trespassing inside the home last month. Police responded.
3:30 p.m. — A 911 caller reported there is a man lying down on the gravel road with no shirt on, at Power City Road and Margaret Street, Umatilla
4:07 p.m. — A semitrailer crashed at Baxter and Edwards roads, Hermiston, and ended up partially in the canal with the driver inside the cab.
4:52 p.m. — Police responded to a report of an assault on East Second Street in Hermiston.
Monday, Feb. 21
9:48 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to Southwest Brandt Court on a 911 call about a domestic disturbance.
1 p.m. — A caller on Southwest 11th Street, Hermiston, reported she crashed her van into a sign. She said she was dizzy and shaking.
1:40 p.m. — Police responded to reports of a fight on Cecil Street in Hermiston.
4:47 p.m. — A Boardman resident on Shoemake Road asked to speak to law enforcement about a neighbor’s dogs that jumped the fence and one that almost attacked his daughter.
11:30 p.m. — A resident on Northwest Oregon Avenue, Irrigon, reported a man who has a restraining order against him tried to enter the residence. The caller said the “situation is escalating” with the man, and she was afraid he will get in the residence.
• Boardman police, fire and ambulance services responded to a report of a two-vehicle crash with injuries at Main Street South and Oregon Trail Boulevard. The people involved refused transportation to a hospital. Police arrested Esdras Efrain Toj Aguilar for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.
• Oregon State Police arrested Jose Lopez Larios for DUII after a caller at 9:54 p.m. reported he drove into a post on the westbound side of Interstate 84 near Boardman.
• Hermiston police arrested Jaime Aguilar Rosales, 49, for first-degree burglary, strangulation, violating a restraining order and unauthorized entry into a vehicle.
• Boardman police arrested Pedro Tziquin, 27, for two counts of first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and property hit-and-run.
• Hermiston police arrested Sarah Anne Patrick, 31, for felony possession of methamphetamine and violating probation.
• Hermiston police arrested Eric Nava, 26, for three counts of possession of a Schedule II substance and on warrants for failure to appear.
