8:40 a.m. A woman on Northeast Misty Drive called the police to report that two motorhomes are parked on her street, one of them for more than two weeks now. She said they obstruct the view for turning cars and take up parking.

3:09 p.m. A woman reported that her son stole her 2018 Toyota Camry. He has returned the car but she would like to press charges.

9:18 p.m. Someone on West Harper Road was throwing trash out of a dumpster.

Tuesday, August 20

11:55 a.m. On Northwest Stockton Street, a man reported someone came onto his property and did something with the electric box before jumping the fence.

3:07 p.m. An anonymous person dropped bullets off at the Hermiston Police Department lobby and asked they be disposed of.

3:17 p.m. Someone on North First Street had an open can of Steel Reserve in their car while parked in a handicap parking spot.

6:44 p.m. On West Ridgeway Avenue, a domestic disturbance was reported.

7:00 p.m. A domestic disturbance was in progress on South Highway 395.

11:58 p.m. Police responded to another domestic disturbance on Southwest Sandy Drive.

Wednesday, August 21

1:04 a.m. A couple was arguing on Southwest Eleventh Avenue and West Division Avenue.

7:23 a.m. A runaway was reported on Northeast Gladys Avenue.

10:35 a.m. Someone called regarding two motorhomes that were blocking the street on Northeast Misty Drive. They said the owners won’t move the homes for another three weeks.

10:47 a.m. On Southwest Shane Court, someone reported that a car had been parked on the street for over three years and hasn’t moved. The car had expired tags.

8:23 p.m. A possible fight was reported on North First Street.

9:46 p.m. Someone was visiting his grandparents when he found a woman passed out in a white Nissan Versa. He said the woman had vomited.

Thursday, August 22

8:32 a.m. A woman is worried for her brother in law, who is homeless and on drugs in the area. She wants to know what she can do.

11:54 a.m. A man said he found a bag of drug paraphernalia while cleaning out a storage unit on Southeast Campbell Drive.

11:54 a.m. On West Elm Avenue, a man was driving near the Umatilla Ready Mix train tracks when the railroad crossing arm suddenly came down on his car, even though there was a green light.

1:33 p.m. A man called to request extra evening patrol after the previous night, when some individuals had been driving through his neighborhood in a white Chevy Impala and a brown Geotracker. He said it it looked like they were “casing” the neighborhood.

3:28 p.m. Three motor vehicle accidents were reported on East Hurlburt Avenue, North First street and on Northeast 10th Street and East Elm Avenue.

6:14 p.m. There was a possible drunk driver on Southwest 11th Street and West Orchard Avenue.

6:22 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported on Southwest 13th Place.

6:26 p.m. On East Main Street, a burglary was reported.

8:10 p.m. A fight on North First Street dissipated when police arrived on scene.

9:23 p.m. On East Gladys Avenue, a robbery was reported.

9:51 p.m. On Northeast Gladys Avenue, a domestic disturbance was reported.

11:57 p.m. A man was reportedly yelling in a field next to Sterling Ridge on Northwest 11th Street.

Friday, August 23

1:41 a.m. A fight occurred on West Juniper Avenue.

3:04 p.m. On Northwest 12th Street, a storage shed was reportedly broken into.

6:43 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported on Northwest Ninth Street.

Saturday, August 24

2:26 a.m. Police were unable to locate a fight that was reported on West Elm Avenue and Northwest 11th Street.

4:38 a.m. A drunk driver on West Ridgeway Avenue left the area before police arrived at the scene.

2:55 p.m. A domestic disturbance occurred on West Locust Avenue.

3:46 p.m. There was an armed subject on South First Street.

7:21 p.m. A fight occurred at Harrison Park.

7:22 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported on Southwest 11th Street.

9:46 p.m. Police were unable to locate a drunk driver reported on Northwest 11th Street.

10:26 p.m. There was a drunk driver on East Main Street.

10:56 p.m. A domestic disturbance was reported on Southwest Thirteenth Place.

Sunday, August 24

3:13 a.m. Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle occurred on East Main Street.

10:58 a.m. A burglary was reported on Southwest Cottonwood Drive.

11:13 a.m. A man and woman were yelling on Southeast Eighth Street.

Monday, August 25

8:51 a.m. A man reported that over the weekend, someone called threatening to kill him.

10:46 a.m. A couple came into the police station to report that at around 9 p.m. on Saturday night, there were two juveniles walking out in the street with low visibility.

3:00 p.m. On Northwest 11th Street, someone was reported missing.

3:27 p.m. Someone called to report a missing child.

10:02 p.m. A mother and her son were having a verbal fight on Southwest 11th Street.
