2:01 p.m. — A caller reported a tractor was on fire on Washington Lane, Irrigon, and threatening nearby structures. The Irrigon Rural Fire Protection District responded.
3:51 p.m. — Umatilla police initiated activity at Powerline and Carolina roads, Umatilla, to help someone trying to contain a trampoline in the high winds.
3:58 p.m. — A resident on Tyler Road, Boardman, reported the theft of his vehicle. He said the crime occurred sometime in the past couple of weeks.
4:44 p.m. — A 911 caller on Sonesta Street, Umatilla, reported a dog attack.
8:30 p.m. — Hermiston police received a complaint about a burglary on the first block of West Catherine Avenue.
Tuesday, April 5
7:47 a.m. — Umatilla police initiated activity at Columbia Boulevard and Chenowith Avenue because puppies were chasing “kids” — the information was not clear if that referred to children or young goats.
10:27 a.m. — A 911 caller at McNary Beach, Umatilla, requested to speak to an officer regarding the theft of a loaded trailer. Police took a report.
2:08 p.m. — A caller at Umatilla High School, 1400 Seventh St., Umatilla, requested an officer respond to a fight at the school. Police responded and issued a citation.
2:19 p.m. — Umatilla police took a report of graffiti at Kiwanis Park, 129 Walla Walla St.
2:36 p.m. — A man reported his mother who lives in Boardman was involved in a domestic violence situation the previous night on the 68800 block of Canal Lane. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office responded and arrested a man for domestic violence harassment.
3:05 p.m. — Umatilla police initiated activity at Columbia Boulevard and Chinook Avenue, for graffiti removal.
10:23 p.m. — A 911 caller on East Newport Avenue, Hermiston, reported hearing gunshots fired. Law enforcement responded.
Wednesday, April 6
8:19 a.m. — Umatilla police at Willamette Avenue and Klickitat Street helped with a vehicle that rolled into the road.
9:50 a.m. — A 911 caller at Umatilla Marina RV Park, 1720 Quincy Ave., Umatilla, requested an officer for a burglary that occurred in the dry storage.
12:05 p.m. — A woman outside the Hermiston Police Department, 330 S. First St., asked to speak with an officer regarding her mother, who lied to police about having firearms. The woman stated her mother has stolen both of her guns.
8:47 p.m. — Stanfield police responded to Stanfield RV Park, 345 S. Main St., after a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance.
Thursday, April 7
1:10 p.m. — A 911 caller on Curtis Road, Hermiston, stated someone was trespassing on their property. Umatilla Police Department took a report.
2:21 p.m. — Umatilla police responded to Sixth and I streets on a report of a possible fight.
Friday, April 8
2:43 a.m. — A 911 caller at Space Age Fuel, 77522 Highway 207, Hermiston, reported a woman stole food and left in a red Jeep. Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded.
9:40 a.m. — A caller reported a maroon Dodge Caravan was blocking the view of traffic at Southeast Division Street and Utah Avenue, Irrigon, and as he pulled out to try to see around the Dodge another vehicle almost hit his. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy responded; the subject agreed to move the vehicle.
9:58 a.m. — An officer found graffiti at Canal Road and Springhill Lane, Hermiston.
10:23 a.m. — Hermiston police received a 911 report of a domestic disturbance on East Jennie Avenue.
11:55 a.m. — A caller in Arizona reported his brother in Morrow County stole money from their parent’s estate. The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office opened an investigation.
1:34 p.m. — A caller reported an assault on the 1100 block of North First Street, Hermiston.
7:09 p.m. — Boardman police responded to Columbia View Apartments, 100 Columbia Ave N.W., on a 911 call about a burglary.
Saturday, April 9
1:34 a.m. — Stanfield police responded to a traffic hazard at East Gerone and Hiestand streets, Echo.
3:56 a.m. — Hermiston police responded to Northwest 11th Street on a report of a vehicle theft. Police took a report.
12:31 p.m. — A 911 caller on Vincent Lane, Hermiston, reported a domestic disturbance. Police responded.
10:15 a.m. — A resident on Columbia Lane, Irrigon, called the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office and asked to speak to a deputy about fraud. A deputy responded and took a report.
10:37 a.m. — Morrow County sheriff’s deputies responded to the westbound lanes of Interstate 84 in the Boardman area for a large extension ladder that was in the middle of the freeway. Deputies removed the ladder.
11:28 a.m. — Stanfield police responded to North Main Street, Stanfield, on a 911 call about a male beating a female. Police took a report.
1:19 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to the 400 block of Southwest 11th Street on a report of a burglary.
4:45 p.m. — Hermiston police received a complaint about child abuse or neglect.
7:26 p.m. — A caller reported the theft of a vehicle on Southwest 11th Street, Hermiston.
9:49 p.m. — A 911 caller reported the theft of a vehicle at Pioneer Transmission, 80461 Highway 395 N., Hermiston.
Sunday, April 10
9:59 a.m. — An Ione resident reported receiving threatening texts from someone claiming to be with a drug cartel. A Morrow County sheriff’s deputy contacted the subject, checked the number and determined this was a scam.
11:02 a.m. — A caller on Estate Loop, Irrigon, reported a missing firearm. The owner of the gun lives in Pendleton, the caller said, but the vehicle owner lives in Irrigon, and that is probably where the gun went missing.
2:35 p.m. — Hermiston police responded to Southwest Debra Court on a report of a domestic disturbance..
4:34 p.m. — Hermiston police received a report of an assault at Rocket Mart, 2398 N. First St. Police took a report.
4:46 p.m. — An ambulance responded to Wilson Lane, Boardman, and took one man to Good Shepherd Medical Center, Hermiston, because he felt sick after eating a hot dog.
7:58 p.m. — A resident on North E Street, Lexington, reported a neighbor’s dogs chased her father’s cattle out of his pasture and they are working to gather the cattle.
10:37 p.m. — Stanfield police responded to North Dupont and Thielsen streets, Echo, for a vehicle crash.
Monday, April 11
7:53 a.m. — Stanfield police responded to Stanfield Elementary School, 1120 N. Main St., for a disturbance.
8:34 a.m. — Umatilla police initiated activity at McNary Heights Elementary School, 120 Columbia Blvd., Umatilla, for criminal mischief.
10:55 a.m. — Umatilla County sheriff’s deputies responded to South Third Street, Athena, after a 911 caller made a report of harassment.
11:34 a.m. — Union Pacific Railroad employees notified Stanfield Police Department of a semitrailer was stuck on the tracks on the 100 block of East Main Street, Echo.

• Umatilla police arrested Rhaejon Monique Ongers, 44, for driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol) and hit-and-run involving property.
April 10
• Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kimberly Ann Murphy, 42, for vehicle theft.
• Morrow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Amanda Grace Grigsby, 37, for hit-and-run with an injury.
