The 60th anniversary of the Hermiston High School "Classic" class of 1948's graduation is over and the streets are safe once again, said organizer Milt Casper.

"The celebration brought classmates from far and wide for many good times," he said. "Therefore, the women and children may be safe and secure to utilize the streets and sidewalks once again."

Casper wants to thank the city of Hermiston for "being so patient and understanding during our 'party-time.'"
