PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

•Kimberley Kay Dumond, 41, Echo, pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $250 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $165 attorney fees.

•Levi Edward Evans, 21, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault III; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $2,000 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees and $470 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Unlawful Use of Weapon; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $5,000 fine-suspended and $173 assessment fees.

•Nathaniel Lewis, 20, Athena, pleaded guilty to Wildlife Violation; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended, $1,500 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees, $280 attorney fees and 3 years hunting license suspension; pleaded guilty to two counts of Criminal Trespass with Firearm; sentence discharged.

•Jethro Wayne Powers, 29, Ontario (SRCI), was convicted of five counts of Burglary II and one count of Criminal Mischief I; sentenced to 13 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision and $107 assessment fees for each count, $3,674.09 restitution and $600 attorney fees.
