PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Daryl Scott Frederickson, 41, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to 15 months Oregon DOC, 2 years post-prison supervision, $200 fine, $500 compensatory fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to $200 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

MISDEMEANOR

•Fernando Duarte Garcia, 25, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $750 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; was convicted of Delivery of Less than 1 Ounce Marijuana for No Consideration: sentenced to 6 months driver’s license suspension (sentence discharged); pleaded guilty to Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to $100 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II and Escape III: sentences discharged.

•Spencer Allen Califf, 35, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police and Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Guadalupe Mendez, 22, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fin and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Raymundo Jara Navarette, 71, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and $6,150 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Collin Thomas Dunlap, 31, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $2,255 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded no contest to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Diane Rochelle Berecz, 45, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail and $2,000 fine.

•Cory Edward Reiner, 46, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 25 hours community service and restitution to be determined, plus court costs and fees.

•Alejandro Escalera Flores, 22, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service and $100 fine, plus court costs and fees.
