•Brianna Leigh Walker, 18, Hermiston, was convicted of Minor in Possession of Alcohol; sentenced to $200 fine and $60 unitary assessment.

•Jesse Jay Focht, 21, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $440 fine and $2,500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $60 unitary assessment and $175 attorney fees-waived.
