PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Aaren Antheny Barrera-Rivera, 27, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I: sentenced to 6 months jail, 2 years post-prison supervision and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to two counts of Giving False Information to Police: sentenced to 6 months jail, $100 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension for each count.

•Sadra Nicole Merritt, 33, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 10 days jail, 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $250 fine, $1,750 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to $100 fine (sentence to discharge).

MISDEMEANOR

•Shawna Ann Long, 37, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation and $200 fine, plus court costs and fees.

•Jacob Maurice Welsch, 72, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $2,255 fine, $4,250 fine-suspended and lifetime suspension of driver’s license; pleaded guilty to Initiating False Report and Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended for each count, and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $1,000 fine.

•Lars Ivan James Wenberg, 39, Heppner, was convicted of DUII: sentenced to 60 days jail, 120 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, $1,500 fine, $255 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; was convicted of Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended; was convicted of Interfering With Peace/ Parole/ Probation Officer: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended and 5 years probation; was convicted of Refusal to Take Test for Intoxicants: sentenced to $650 fine.

•Jolene Mae MacDonald, 42, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 10 days jail, 170 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving, Recklessly Endangering Another and Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to $100 fine.

•Erica Madrigal, 24, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $350 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Cecil James Francis, 64, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, $200 fine and $1,800 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Houston Lee Lenover, 23, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine and $1,900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 15 days jail and $100 fine.
