PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Alejandro Flores Escalera, 22, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Assault III: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service, $500 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and restitution to be determined.

•Jacob Michael Spaulding, 40, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police: sentenced to 180 days jail, 1 year post-prison supervision, $200 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving and Recklessly Endangering Another: sentenced to $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count.

MISDEMEANOR

•Seth Labon Richard Williams, 29, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to Interfering With Peace/Parole/Probation Officer: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $700 fine and $500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Arnulfa Delacruz Ramirez, 38, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 3 days jail, 177 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,255 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees (termination of Diversion Program); pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine, $1,900 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Anthony Michael Gallegos, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 120 hours community service, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended.

•Asia Nicole Hayne, 19, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 30 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, $100 fine and $160.49 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

•Derek Jay Shank, 31, Heppner, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 60 hours community service and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to Theft III: sentence discharged.

•Bobby Dean Christiansen, 34, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,505 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended.

•Codey Allen Sanders, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 20 hours community service, $300 fine and $900 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jason Dale Snow, 30 , Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 10 days jail.
