PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

•Daniel Leonard Dechand, 22, Echo, pleaded guilty to to Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Ronald Keith Exum Jr., 44, Milton-Freewater, was convicted of Criminal Mischief III; sentenced to $552 fine, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Joseph Michael Hanner, 31, Milton-Freewater, was convicted of Harassment; sentenced to $150 fine, $35 offense surcharge and $92 assessment fees.

•John Raleigh Potts, 44, Milton-Freewater, pleaded no contest to Physical Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $250 fine, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $97 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Aaron Gilbert Wanner, 39, Hermiston, was convicted of Contempt of Court; sentenced to $200 fine and $92 assessment fees.

•Richard Andrew Miller, 21, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Conspiring to Commit Burglary I; sentenced to 5 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $3,000 fine-suspended, $150 restitution, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees and $1,250 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 20 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Jarred Randall Cole, 21, Redding, Calif., pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Amelia V. Cortez, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Colby Charles Dyer, 21, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Theft II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $280 attorney fees.

•Christian Javier Licea Fuentes, 28, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Joshua Skyler Spencer, 29, Pendleton, was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance (PCS)-methamphetamine; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $750 fine and $750 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Phillip Andrew Williams, 46, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of DUII; sentenced to 90 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended (first count) and 150 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended (second count); 3 years probation, 200 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $3,500 fine-suspended, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $163 assessment fees and lifetime revocation of driver’s license for each count, and $430 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to two counts of Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 30 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 50 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $3,000 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees for each count; pleaded no contest to Attempted Assault of Public Safety Officer; sentence discharged.

•Michael Edward Alfrey, 19, Independence, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear I; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $550 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Delivery of Marijuana-not considerable; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $550 attorney fees.

•John Rodney Best, 51, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault IV and Reckless Driving; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service and $133 assessment fees for each count, $2,750 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Wilber D. Blackman, 28, Selah, Wash., was convicted of Violation of Out of Service Notice; sentenced to $720 fine, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Angela Marie Currin, 28, Heppner, entered a conditional no contest plea to Delivery of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $500 fine and $2,000 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees and $850 attorney fees.

•Robert J. Ell, 41, Portland, pleaded no contest to Wildlife Violation-unlawful taking of wildlife; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, $1,000 fine-suspended, $3,000 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Kelly Edward munden, 36, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Contempt of Court-violation of restraining order; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 4 years probation, 20 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Cody George Speedis, 18, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Tommy Webster Thompson, 41, Pilot Rock, was convicted of Criminal Trespass II; sentenced to $720 fine, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Jamie Eugene Wilcox, 34, Weston, pleaded guilty to Escape III; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $750 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Rhyan James Baney, 22, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to two counts of PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $35 offense surcharge, $107 assessment fees, $550 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license for each count, and $945 restitution.

•Lisa Ann Darrow, 20, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Physical Harassment-domestic violence; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 10 hours community service, $250 fine and $750 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $50 attorney fees.

•Orlando Gutierrez, 30, Hermiston, was found guilty of Failure to Carry/Present Operator’s License; sentenced to 30 days jail, $200 fine, $35 offense surcharge, $92 assessment fees and $550 attorney fees.

•Rodney Allen Ladd, 19, Wilsonville (CCCF), pleaded guilty to PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 30 days Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision, $35 offense surcharge, $107 assessment fees, $550 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 4 years probation, $1,250 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $163 assessment fees and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Danny Martinez, 22, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to $458 Diversion costs, 30 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,250 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $163 assessment fees and $180 attorney fees.

•Katherine Carolina Savage, 19, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $388 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $67 assessment fees.

•Derek Jon Taylor, 20, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $388 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $67 assessment fees.

•Julie Marie Fern Alcoser, 19, Ontario, pleaded guilty to PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 2 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 1 year post-prison supervision, 18 months probation, 80 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, $25 probation violation assessment, $173 assessment fees and $650 attorney fees.

•Amanda Lynn Blank, 25, Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Physical Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Jerrid William Herndon, 27, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 100 hours community service, $3,000 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees, $600 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Alberto Moreno Renteria, 59, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 20 hours community service, $250 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees.

•Jose Jacobo Olvera, 31, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Marijuana Within 1,000 Feet of a School; sentenced to 19 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $1,500 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge and $173 assessment fees.
