FELONY

•Jacob Arthur McKeever, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Aggravated Harassment: sentenced to 3 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service and $2,500 fine-suspended; pleaded guilty to Fleeing or Attempt to Elude Police Officer: sentenced to $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempt to Commit Class C/Unclassified Felony: sentenced to $100 fine for each count; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 30 days jail (discharged).

MISDEMEANOR

•Jeremy Glendan Sallee, 40, Hermiston, was convicted of two counts of Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 1 year probation, 80 hours community service, $750 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended, restitution to be determined and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count, plus court costs and fees.

•Yessenia Elizabeth Guardado, 22, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $750 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and $83.55 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

•Jessica Marie Gray, 31, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class C/Unclassified Felony: sentenced to 30 days jail.
