FELONY

•Edgar Eduardo Cervantes Perez, 33, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 5 years probation, 120 hours community service and $300 fine, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Interference with Making a Report: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, and $100 fine.

MISDEMEANOR

•Desirae Lynn Weatherford, 36, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Theft II: sentenced to 3 days jail, 177 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $750 fine-suspended for each count, and $183.88 restitution, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to $100 fine.

•Daniel Campos Tappo, 20, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Ashton Rhea Kayser, 25, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 50 days jail, 130 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 220 hours community service, $2,255 fine and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Maria Magdalena Hernandez Lima, 51, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Improper Use of an Emergency Reporting System: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $750 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Gregory Martin Eubanks, 55, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to two counts of DUII: sentenced to 120 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,755 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension for each count, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving and Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentences discharged.

•Josue Eduardo Ramirez Casas, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Harassment: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Ben Andrew Lutes, 54, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in diversion program, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Dominic Robert Meeks, 25, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 40 hours community service and $1,000 fine.

•David Gustavo Zaragoza Estrada, 34, Boardman, pleaded guilty to Solicitation of a Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $200 fine and $1,300 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

Divorces

Divorce decrees were signed in Umatilla County Courts for:
