•Joe Burr Sturza, 57, Hermiston, was convicted of Providing Veterinary Medicine Without a License (two counts merged); sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $190 fine, $1,500 fine-suspended and $783.15 restitution, plus court costs and fees; was convicted of a third count of Providing Veterinary Medicine Without a License; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $40 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended, plus court assessment.

•Antonio Mendoza Martinez, 35, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I; sentenced to $375 fine plus court costs and fees.

•Jorey Michael Sinner Peterson, 30, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to False Application for Angling License; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $40 fine and 5 years fishing license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
