FELONY

•Roberto Carlos Suarez, 21, Portland, pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $440 fine, $1,000 fine-suspended, $845 restitution and 1 year driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $140 fine and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court assessment.

•Michael James Wilson, 59, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $440 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 6 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Theft I; sentenced to 10 days jail, 3 years probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, $140 fine and $800 fine-suspended, plus court assessment; pleaded no contest to Unlawful Possession of Firearm/Silencer; sentenced to 30 days jail, 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, $140 fine and $800 fine-suspended, plus court assessment.

MISDEMEANOR

•Seth Doughty, 20, Umatilla, pleaded no contest to Recklessly Endangering Another; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $440 fine, $1,250 fine-suspended and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court assessment.

•Bruce Edward Davies, 59, Portland, pleaded no contest to Physical Harassment; sentenced to $375 fine plus court assessment.

•Patrick Dale Irvin, 33, Beaverton, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $940 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Juan Manuel Ornelas Maldonado, 55, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $440 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Jose Santana Maravilla, 49, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Animal Neglect II; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $240 fine and $700 fine-suspended for each count and $5,170 restitution, plus court costs and fees.

•Shawn Michael Chandler, 38, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $440 fine and $1,250 fine-suspended, and $204.67 restitution, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to $40 fine plus court costs and fees.

•Eric George Hautajarvi, 21, Umatilla, was convicted of Criminal Trespass II; sentenced to $190 fine plus court assessment.

•Jose Marvin Antonio Perdomo-Funez, 29, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Carry/Present Operator’s License; sentenced to $40 fine plus court assessment.

•Marcos Antonio Alvarez, 42, Hermiston, was found in Contempt of Court-punitive; sentenced to $200 fine plus attorney fees.

•Jacob Clinton Schnider, 35, Rathdrum, Idaho, pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,690 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.
