Just wanted to say a few things about animal abuse, dumped and abandoned animals. I have lived in Hermiston for over 70 years, and seen it all.

We have two small dogs, and have friends that are seniors who would like and need a pet. But it is so expensive to have them spayed or neutered.

Seems like our civic-minded vets could have a low-priced clinic once or twice a year to help with this problem. It used to be done in the past. It would help with unwanted and over-population of animals.

Can anyone help?
