Richard E. “Dick” Roe, 90, of Hermiston, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020, in Hermiston. He was born Oct. 24, 1930, in Vancouver, Washington. A private family graveside burial with military honors was held at the Hermiston Cemetery. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
