Arlene J. “Sam” Nolen, 75, of Hermiston, died Friday, Feb. 26, 2021, at her home. She was born March 2, 1945, in Vancouver, Washington. A graveside service following state guidelines will be held Monday, March 8, at 3 p.m. at the Herniston Cemetery. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
