Brandon Lamar Williams, 22, will face 20 days in jail and extended post-prison probation following a plea deal and sentencing on Monday.
Williams was in court on multiple felony charges that stemmed from separate incidents both in 2011 and 2010.
In March, Williams was arrested for robbery and attempting to elude police officers after he and an accomplice stole a case of beer from Walmart and narrowly missed hitting a patrol car during their getaway.
In August 2010, Williams was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
Williams pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer in the 2010 case and to robbery III and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer in the March incident. There were five counts dismissed.
Following his plea agreement, Williams will face at least two years of probation, mandatory enrollment in social re-education/life skills training program, community service and roughly $4,200 in fines and fees.
Essentially, you've got 20 days jail, Circuit Court Judge Daniel Hill told Williams. You'll be out a bit earlier than that I'm sure. Hopefully I won't see you back.
