A Hermiston salon has moved to a new location.

Perfect Look, a local business with a 20-year history in Hermiston Plaza near Shari’s Restaurant and Safeway on Highway 395, opened in a new location up the road Wednesday.

District Manager Jim Conn said he is enthused about the transfer to 1875 N. First Ave.

He said the move to a location next to Fiesta Foods will be good for the business.

Since it’s opening in July 2009, the supermarket has attracted Suds Yer Duds, a laundromat, and now Perfect Look to lease spaces in the Fiesta Foods plaza.

The staff at Perfect Look said children and adults of both genders have good reasons to stop by their business.

Connie Autry said the appointment-free structure of the salon allows people to come in whenever they want.

Stephanie Kasper, another hairdresser, agreed, adding that she thinks the convenience of walk-ins will bring people through their doors.

Conn said the business is well-known for its perms and colors and invited everyone to see Perfect Look’s new home.
