HERMISTON — A new medical plaza, expected to open in the fall, is expected to bring more medical specialists to Hermiston.

Warner attended high school in Albany, and went to college back east. Warner came to Eastern Oregon, among other things, so that he and his wife could enjoy a favorite sport — wind surfing. But when it came to expanding the space for his business as an opthalmologist and eye surgeon, Warner soon found rough sailing.

“There was no more hospital space available,” he says.
