Gordon Royce McCall

GREAT FALLS, Mont. — Gordon Royce McCall died Dec. 4, in Great Falls, Mont., at the age of 61.

He was born Sept. 12, 1940, to Orville Lee and Mildred Grace (Biggerstaff) McCall in Shenandoah Page County, Iowa.

He had lived in Hermiston since the 1970, working as a truck driver for Lamb Weston for the past eight years. He was diagnosed with cancer in 1998 and soon after moved in with his ex-wife, Paula McCall, and stepdaughter, Tera Taulbee. On Dec. 4, 2001, he moved to Great Falls, Mont., to live with his son.

He is survived by two sisters, Mariloy Flower of Hood River and Penny Stanley of Walla Walla, Wash.; brother, John McCall of Hermiston; daughters, Kim Juhnky of Parkdale, Debbie of Loveland, Colo., and Milisa Laws of Great Falls, Mont; three sons, Vance McCall, Michael McCall and Mitchell McCall, all of Montana; and several grandchildren and stepchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.
