Summer warms up with singing

The Hermiston Summer Choir invites all community members 14 and older to join together in song.

Led by R. Lee Friese, director of Inland Northwest Musicians, there are no auditions. Anyone that is interested may register and sing.

The rehearsals are Monday and Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. between July 16 to Aug. 1 They are held at the Hermiston Community Center, 415 S. Highway 395. The cost is $15 for Hermiston residents and $19 for non-residents. The choir will crescendo with a public performance, which is Sunday, Aug. 5 at 7 p.m.
