HERMISTON — The proposed temporary homeless shelter on North Highway 395 in Hermiston is on track to meet its deadline for approving a strategic plan — a requirement for the project to receive $1 million in state funding.

The Hermiston City Council at its meeting Monday, May 22, reviewed and approved changes to the Project PATH strategic plan.
