HERMISTON — Size does not matter when it comes to Mock Trial Competitions.

The Hermiston High School (HHS) Mock Trial team will find that out this weekend when it competes for the state title in Portland. The Mock Trial Competition is a part of the "Classroom Law Project".

"A small Eastern Oregon school could end up going against a large school from Portland," explained Jan Schulz, team coach and HHS language arts teacher.

That prospect makes many of the 15 team members a little nervous. Sophomore Edgar Ojeda and Freshman Caitlin Farney agreed it could be a daunting task.
