WALLA WALLA, Wash. — Edna Mae Sherman Johnson died June 12, at the age of 104.

Mae served for many years as deputy clerk of Walla Walla County. She lived the last 18 months of her life with her granddaughter, Alison Hansell, and her family in Hermiston.

Friends and family gathered Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2001, at 1:30 p.m. at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church to celebrate her life. All were invited to the fellowship room afterwards for reminiscing and refreshments.

A family service was held at the Blue Mountain Cemetery Mausoleum in Walla Walla, Wash., on June 14, 2001.
