HERMISTON — Patsy "Patti" May Dandrea Jones, 61, of Hermiston died April 2, at Patti's Haven Foster Care Home in Hermiston.

Patti was born on Nov. 26, 1940, in Tromald, Minn., to Elmer and Ethel Miller Lyman.

Patti worked at Good Samaritan Center in Hermiston for many years and then opened her own foster care homes called Patti's Haven in Hermiston. She loved to work outside in her flowers. Her favorite place was the ocean. She loved fishing, camping and enjoyed the sun, Native American art and her four pomeranian dogs.

She is survived by her husband, Elmer Francis Jones; her children, Donald, Ronald, David and Jeff Adamson, Savonn Chay and Michael Dandrea, Donelle Dandrea, Melissa Ashley, Jenny and Lori Jones; brothers, Elmer Lyman and Bill Lyman; and grandchildren, Makaira Adams, Natasha, Ashley, Michael and Helen Adamson.

A memorial service was held Saturday, April 6, in the Chapel of Burns Mortuary of Hermiston. Disposition was by cremation.

Burns Mortuary of Hermiston was in charge of the arrangements.
