Senior setter Jordan Crossley and junior middle blocker Sarah Von Arx were named as honorable mention All-Intermountain Conference volleyball players this season.

The pair of Bulldogs were the only Hermiston players represented in the postseason conference awards, decided upon by IMC coaches reviewing the conference season for each team and player.

Crossley averaged 34 assists per match and hit 89 percent of her serves in play over the 14-game conference season, with 46 aces.

Von Arx averaged 11 kills and seven blocks per match, and had a 87 percent serve efficiency with 23 aces.

"I'm very proud of Jordan and Sarah for being recognized by the coaches of the competitive IMC," Hermiston head coach Darci Wellsandt said. "We will miss Jordan's consistent contribution as our captain and our starting setter for the past two seasons. Sarah has the leadership qualities to step into that role for her senior year and help her team to the next level in our league."
