Hermiston police make arrest in connection to DQ robbery

Hermiston Police have arrested Shane Verhey Springer, 23, of Hermiston, in connection with a Thursday night robbery at Dairy Queen in Hermiston.

Springer was taken into custody Saturday evening and charged with two counts of probation violation, theft I, burglary II and robbery III.

He was placed in the Umatilla County Jail. The total bond amount for the charges was $218,000.
