Raymond Doyle Dye

July 17, 1966-May 11, 2003

Raymond Doyle Dye died Sunday, May 11, at the age of 36.

A native of Woodland, Calif., he was born on July 17, 1966. He had been a resident of Yolo County, California, for 13 years. He graduated from Oscosta High School in Westport, Wash., in 1984. He attended schools in Hermiston from 1976 to 1982. He served in the Navy after high school. He began his own business, Ray's Welding, in 1992.

Survivors include his wife, Stacey Dye; children, Brittanyh and Brogin; mother, Doylene M. Dye; sister, Kerrie, all of Winters, Calif.; brother, David Dye of Hartline, Wash.; and father and mother-in-law, Ed and Jewel Peckens of Waldport. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Dye, in 2000.

A memorial service was held Friday, May 16, in Winters, Calif.

Memorial contributions may be made to his children's trust fund, Brittany and Brogin, in care of McNary's Chapel of Woodland.
