PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

•Omar Garcia Escobedo, 18, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Minor in Possession-purchased alcohol; sentenced to $180 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $62 assessment fees.

•Regino Martinez Lopez, 29, Stockton, Calif., was convicted of Failure to Carry/Present Operator’s License; sentenced to $358 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $97 assessment fees.

•Martin Ornelas, 22, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Assault II; sentenced to 39 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $1,000 restitution, $500 domestic violence assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $107 assessment fees and $2,500 attorney fees.

•Nallo Renaldo Rios, 31, Umatilla (TRCI), pleaded guilty to Supplying Contraband; sentenced to 10 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $1,500 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees and $700 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Possession of Weapon by Prison Inmate; sentenced to 31 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 3 years post-prison supervision, $1,500 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees and $750 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to a second count of Supplying Contraband; sentenced to 25 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $1,500 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees and $750 attorney fees.

•Troy Curtis Rutherford, 23, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Harassment-domestic violence; sentenced to $500 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $233 attorney fees.

•Jason Jeremiah Webster, 23, Pendleton (UCJ), pleaded guilty to Offensive Littering; sentenced to $45 offense surcharge and $55 unitary surcharge.

•Cory Patrick Winston, 34, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to two counts of Contempt of Court; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $300 attorney fees for each count, and 100 hours community service; pleaded guilty to Attempt to Elude Police-vehicle; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assesment fees, $489 attorney fees and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Cassandra Lynn Davis, 26, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Harassment; sentenced to $750 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Anthony Deloy Spence, 35, Pilot Rock, was convicted of DUII; sentenced to 90 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, $2,500 fine and $2,500 fine-suspended, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $163 assessment fees, $340 attorney fees and 3 years driver’s license suspension.

Divorces

PENDLETON — Divorce decrees were signed in Umatilla County Courts for:

Brent A. Daum and Gloria R. Daum; Helen Elizabeth Cartmell and Oliver Leonard Cartmell; Rachelle Riley and Scott Riley.
