•David Ortega, 46, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 60 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 40 hours community service, $2,000 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $163 assessment fees and revocation of driver’s license.

•Luciano Ramirez Alvarez, 27, Stanfield, was convicted of harassment; sentenced to $500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $133 assessment fees and 6 months driver’s licesne suspension.

•Brian William Barnes, 24, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $1,500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $390 attorney fees.

•Rocky Brent Correa, 55, Echo, pleaded guilty to Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $750 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $312 restitution, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $165 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Interference With Making Report; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 35 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees; pleaded guilty to two counts of Contempt of Court; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $250 fine and $250 fine-suspended, $35 offense surcharge and $97 assessment fees for each count, and $165 attorney fees.

•Philip Michael Gaines Jr., 26, Pendleton, was convicted of Assault IV; sentenced to 5 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees; was convicted of Harassment; sentence discharged.

•Joshua B. Grabeel, 20, Stanfield, was convicted of Minor in Possession (MIP)-purchased alcohol; sentencd to $360 fine, $67 assssment fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Lukas Jordan Hamner, 18, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to $250 fine and $500 fine-suspended, and $133 assessment fees.

•William Ross?Marks, 51, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to $100 Diversion costs, $136 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund and $97 assessment fees; 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund, $163 assessment fees, $350 attorney fees and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Angelica Valencia Mendoza, 22, Yakima, Wash., pleaded guilty to Delivery of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 santion units, 60 maximum jail units, $1,000 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees, $550 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Endangering the Welfare of a Minor; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 yearsprobation, 40 hours community service, $1,000 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $500 Chapter 163 assessment and $133 assessment fees.

•Michael Leroy Patterson, 47, Weston, pleaded guilty to Theft I; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $6,250 fine-suspended, $15,000 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $170 attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Aid in Fish/Game Wildlife Violation; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $67 assessment fees and 3 years hunting license suspension.

•Dustin Wayne Renfroe, 26, Eugene, was convicted of Criminal Trespass I; sentenced to $750 fine and $133 assessment fees.

•Richard Peter Star, 32, Pilot Rock, pleaded no contest to Wildlife Law violation with Mitigating Circumstances; sentenced to 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $6,250 fine-suspended, $800 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Leon Michael Allen Tinker, 48, Milton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Derrick Bryan Williams, 23, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft III; sentenced to $100 fine and $260 fine-suspended, and $97 assessment fees.

•Warren Gerald Browning, 31, ?Pendleton, pleaded no contest to Delivery of Methamphetamine; sntenced to 27 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $500 meth crime assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $107 assessment fees, $1,100 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Unlawaful Manufacture of Methamphetamine; sentenced to 11 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections, 2 years post-prison supervision, $1,000 meth crime assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $107 assessment fees, $950 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Failure to Register as Sex Offender; sentenced to 180 days jail, $35 offense surchaarge, $67 assessment fees and $280 attorney fees.

•Timothy J. Copenhaver, 22, Boise, Idaho, was convicted of PCS-less than 1 oz. marijuana; sentenced to $1,000 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $103 assessment fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

Joshua Lee Coriell, 23, Pendleton, was convicted of PCS-Schedule IV (Clonazepam); sentenced to $358 fine, $45 offense surcharge, $97 assessment fees and 6 months Oregon Dept. of Corrections.

•Marco Antonio Lechuga Dejesus, 18, La Grande, pleaded guilty to Failure to Carry/Present Operator’s License; sentenced to $63 fine, $45 offense surcharge and $92 assessment fees.

•Molly Ann Jones, 22, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $750 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $290 attorney fees.

•Jack Leo Langer, 33, Milton-Freewater, pleaded gulty to Contempt of Court; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community servic, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $67 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Anthony Deloy Spence, 35, Pilot Rock, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $1,000 fine, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $290 attorney fees.

•Johnny R. Valencia, 27, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Contempt of Court; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $67 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•William Webster, 60, Umatilla, was convicted of Assault IV-domestic violence; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge and $133 assessment fees; was convicted of Interference With Making Report; sentneced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $1,500 fine-suspended and $133 assessment fees; was convicted of Harassment; sentence discharged.

•Scott Jon Zabransky, 46, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to PCS-methamphetamine; sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $35 offense surcharge, $173 assessment fees, $375 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Jennifer Ann Allen, 22, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief I; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 40 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $22,713.86 restitution, $100 bench probation assessment, $133 assessment fees and $1,100 attorney fees.

•Maria Guadalupe Davina Gonzalez, 42, Walla Walla, pleaded no contest to Criminal Trespass II; sentenced to $35 offense surcharge and $65 assessment fees.

•Theresa Delsie Guardipee, 30, Adams, pleaded guilty to Disorderly Conduct II; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 20 hours community service, $500 fine-suspended, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees.

•Charles Joe Jones, 31, Hemriston, pleaded no contest to Manufacture of Marijuana; sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, $1,000 fine and $2,000 fine-suspended, $173 assessment fees, $1,000 attorney fees and 6 months driver’s license suspension.

•Ted Longoria, 43, Hermiston, was convicted of DUII; sentenced to 90 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 150 hours community service, $1,500 fine, $105 State obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver’s Fund, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $163 assessment fees and lifetime revocation of driver’s license.

•Mallissa Suzanne Sandoval, 19, MIlton-Freewater, pleaded guilty to Assault IV; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 74 hours community service, $1,750 fine-suspended, $500 Chapter 163 assessment, $100 bench probation assessment, $35 offense surcharge, $133 assessment fees and $340 attorney fees-community service.
