The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

?Jesus Guardado Urenda, 54, Echo, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 30 days jail and 180 days jail-suspended, 5 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,500 fine and $500 fine-suspended, $105 State Obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver's Fund, $163 assessment fees, $340 attorney fees, and 3 years driver's license suspension.

?Albert Henry Ontiveros, 39, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII; sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 80 hours community service, $1,750 fine, $105 State Obligation, $25 Intoxicated Driver's Fund, $163 assessment fees, and 3 years driver's license suspension.

?Robert Alan Johnson, 21, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Harassment; sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, 30 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, $133 assessment fees, and $340 attorney fees.

?Tracy L. Bennett, 45, Hermiston, was convicted of Fish & Game License/Tag Violation; sentenced to $75 fine and $55 assessment fees.
