In a quick meeting Monday evening, the Hermiston City Council approved monthly expenditures and authorized the final replat on a Hermiston property.

Ron Fear submitted the application to create two new easements on the property at the corner of West Hermiston Avenue and Southwest Fourth Street to maintain existing use — a multi-tenant retail building and a single-family residence — in order to sell the residence.

The two properties will continue to share a parking lot and landscape easement, and the council approved it unanimously.

Council will next meet Sept. 27.
