Best Foot Forward at ALMS

<p>Nearly 660 students participated in the “Best Foot Forward” walkathon last week at Armand Larive Middle School. The students gathered pledges for the number of laps they completed, and each student spent 60 minutes walking or jogging on the school’s new track. The event was also tied in with the National Football League’s “Play 60” program, which encourages youngsters to be active for at least 60 minutes per day. Money gathered went to Armand Larive’s student fund.</p>
