Monday, April 17

11:05 a.m. — A caller found a syringe on the street while walking her dog, at East Jennie Avenue, Hermiston, and wants to know how to dispose of it.

5:08 p.m. — A caller reported a female possibly screaming, and not stopping, at Northeast 7th and East Jennie Avenue.

Sunday, April 16

4:20 a.m. — Five shots were reported fired from the direction of A Quiet Living Mobile Home Park on Northwest 11th Street, Hermiston.

5:39 p.m. — People reported drinking on the property of Rocky Heights Elementary School, West Standard Avenue, Hermiston.

8:08 p.m. — A possible suicidal female was reported at Regency Hermiston on West Juniper Avenue.

Saturday, April 15

12:24 a.m. — Shots fired at Southwest 13th Place, Hermiston. Car alarm, screaming and then several shots were heard from the street.

2:01 p.m. — Six males were physically fighting at Southeast 5th Street, Hermiston.

3:05 p.m. — A fight was reported at Desert Rose Ministries, East Main Street, Hermiston.

10:08 p.m. — A man assaulted a woman at East Main Street, Hermiston, and is being detained by security.

Friday, April 14

6:39 a.m. — Someone at Ashley Manor is reported to be “tearing up the place,” on Southwest Manzanita Place, Hermiston.

3:33 p.m. — A woman reported that she and her child are being harassed, at West Beebe Avenue, Hermiston.

Thursday, April 13

11:06 a.m. — A caller reported a stolen vehicle at Southwest Riverhill Drive

8:21 p.m. — A caller reported harassment via text and Facebook, at East Highland Avenue, Hermiston.

Wednesday, April 12

9:11 a.m. — A caller requested a police phone call about a co-worker who just passed away.

12:20 p.m. — An intoxicated man in a large blue truck ran into the building at the Bottle Drop on West Hermiston Avenue.

3:32 p.m. — Harassment reported at West Joseph Avenue, Hermiston.

6:21 p.m. — A caller requested a welfare check on a homeless man in a yellow jacket and brown overalls is out in the parking lot in the rain, screaming, at Safeway on South Highway 395.

7:12 p.m.- A caller at Country Squire Estates, Northeast 10th Avenue, Hermiston, reported her father came over and verbally assaulted her.

8:56 p.m. — A caller at Village East Apartments, East Dogwood Avenue, reported that three male subjects knocked on his door, and that a woman in a white coat was waiting on the street. By the time he got to the door, the group had left and was walking eastbound on Dogwood, but left a white rock in front of his door. Neighbors are telling him his apartment is being marked. The caller is new in town and is not sure what is going on, and would like an officer to come by.

8:58 p.m. — A suicidal subject was reported at Southwest Amber Court, Hermiston.

Tuesday, April 11

5:00 p.m. — An assault at West Cherry Avenue and North 1st Street, Hermiston, was reported.

8:43 p.m. A runaway girl was reported at South 1st Street, Hermiston.

Monday, April 10

4:05 p.m. — A white male in his 30s was reported to be stalking a 25 year-old female, on Northwest 3rd Street, Hermiston.

4:28 p.m. — A person dropped off at the police station some ammunition he found behind his apartment at Southwest 17th Street, Hermiston.

5:14 p.m. — A juvenile is out of control at Southeast 6th Street, Hermiston.

8:43 p.m. — Report of shots fired near East Side Market, between East Hurlburt Avenue and Southeast 7th Street, Hermiston. Two series of five automatic shots were reported, but police were unable to locate the source.

9:18 p.m. — An arrest was made at a domestic disturbance on Yucca Avenue, Hermiston.

11:57 p.m. — An alarm sounded and some glass was broken at Eastern Oregon Tactical, East Main Street, Hermiston.

Arrests, citations:

Syrus Andrew Sampson, 27, was arrested by HPD for two counts of contempt of court, and one count of probation violation.

Hermiston Police arrested Trevor James Richman, 28, for simple assault and criminal mistreatment.

Charles David Ruckman, 45, was arrested by Hermiston Police for two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.

Hermiston Police arrested Zachary Charles Renollet, 26, for two counts of being a fugitive.

Kaelynn Hollingsworth, 34, was arrested by Hermiston police for three counts of misdemeanor and one count of felony failure to appear, and one count of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Eileen Jean Guerrero, 42, was arrested for one count of felony and one count of misdemeanor failure to appear, and one count of contempt of court.

Clarence Delgardo King, 47, was arrested for two counts of felony failure to appear and one count of parole violation.
