Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•William Charles Haywood, 54, Stanfield, pleaded guilty to Failure to Report as Sex Offender: sentenced to 50 days jail, 2 years post-prison supervision, $100 fine and $900 fine-suspended.

•Roni Lee Castillo, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Possession of Stolen Vehicle: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 18 months probation, $200 fine and $133.23 restitution, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Theft III: sentence to discharge; pleaded guilty to two counts of Failure to Appear II: sentenced to 10 days jail for each count.

•Constancio Rodriguez Jr., 22, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 60 hours community service, $500 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended.

MISDEMEANOR

•Steven Douglas Goucher, 46, Hermiston, pleaded guilt to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to $1,000 fine.

•Tyler Ashton Coombs, 18, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Taking, Angling, Hunting or Trapping in Violation of Wildlife Law or Rule: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $100 fine, $2,900 fine-suspended and $3,000 restitution, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to two additional counts: sentenced to $100 fine and $3,000 restitution for each count (sentences discharged).

•Shawn Michel McCabe, 46, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $1,255 fine, $2,000 fine-suspended and 3 years driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Samuel Armando Carrillo, 20, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation, $490 fine and enrollment into Diversion Program.

•Eddie Alessandro Jex Santa Cruz, 21, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Resisting Arrest: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $100 fine and $1,650 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Michael Osvaldo Cervantes, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Unlawful Entry Into Motor Vehicle: sentenced to 30 days jail and $100 fine; pleaded guilty to Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Firearm and Menacing: sentenced to 15 days jail and $100 fine for each count, and restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to two counts of Theft II: sentenced to $100 fine for each count; pleaded guilty to Failure to Appear II: sentenced to $100 fine (discharged).
