PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Dillan Drake Massey, 28, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Theft I: sentenced to 2 years probation, 120 sanction units, 60 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $350 fine and $4,650 fine-suspended,; pleaded guilty to Identity Theft, Fraudulent Use of Credit Card and Theft II: sentenced to $100 fine for each count (sentences discharged) plus restitution to be determined; pleaded guilty to Unlawful Entry of Motor Vehicle, Forgery II and a second count of Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $100 fine for each count, plus restitution to be determined and court costs and fees.

MISDEMEANOR

•Daniel Dean Westby, 58, Hermiston, pleaded no contest to DUII: sentenced to 180 days Oregon Dept. of Corrections (DOC), $1,500 fine, $255 fine-suspended and 1 year driver’s license suspension.

•Roberto Lopez Barajas, 36, Boardman, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 90 days jail, 90 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, 120 hours community service, $3,755 fine, $2,750 fine-suspended and revocation of driver’s license, plus court costs and fees; pleaded guilty to Recklessly Endangering Another Person: sentenced to $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 3 years probation, $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension.

•Alejandro Javier Nunez, 39, Irrigon, pleaded guilty to two counts of Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 90 days jail and $100 fine for each count.

•Carlos Barroso Valdez, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to two counts of Attempt to Commit Class A Misdemeanor: sentenced to 90 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 60 hours community service and $100 fine for each count.
