Sentences

PENDLETON — The following sentences have been imposed in Umatilla County courts:

FELONY

•Richard Andrew Miller, 29, Stanfield, pleaded no contest to Unauthorized Use of Vehicle: sentenced to 3 years probation, 180 sanction units, 90 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $200 fine and $2,800 fine-suspended, plus attorney fees.

•Logan Mitch Wilson, 42, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Attempt to Commit Class B Felony: sentenced to 18 months probation, 90 sanction units, 30 maximum jail units, 80 hours community service, $250 fine and $2,750 fine-suspended, plus attorney fees; pleaded guilty to Falsifying Drug Test Results: sentenced to $100 fine.

MISDEMEANOR

•Juan Jeronimo Pablo, 33, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to DUII: sentenced to 1 year probation and enrollment in Diversion Program; pleaded guilty to Reckless Driving: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, $100 fine, $900 fine-suspended and 3 months driver’s license suspension, plus court costs and fees.

•Zainab Abdullah Hudson, 32, Umatilla, pleaded guilty to Theft II: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 40 hours community service, $150 fine and $1,600 fine-suspended, plus court costs and fees.

•Tyler James Neff, 27, Pendleton, pleaded guilty to Assault IV: sentenced to 30 days jail, 150 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation and $1,750 fine-suspended.

•Corey Timothy Gray, 40, Heppner, pleaded guilty to Possession of Methamphetamine: sentenced to 60 days jail and $100 fine.

•Luis Abram Contreras, 24, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Failure to Perform Duties of Driver-property damage: sentenced to $100 fine and 90 days driver’s license suspension for each count, and $1,705 restitution (additional restitution to be determined); pleaded guilty to Driving While Suspended/Revoked: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 160 hours community service, $1,000 fine and $750 fine-suspended.

•Andrea Christine Terrazas, 32, Hermiston, pleaded guilty to Criminal Trespass I: sentenced to 180 days jail-suspended, 2 years probation, 80 hours community service, $750 fine and $1,000 fine-suspended, plus cour costs and fees.
